3. Payments
Consultation, procedure, diagnostics, medicine, and boarding charges are payable at service time unless explicitly documented otherwise.
4. Surgery and Procedure Consent
Procedures are performed only after informed consent. Every medical procedure carries inherent risk, and outcomes may vary by condition, stage, and response to treatment.
5. Boarding
Boarding is subject to health status, vaccination status, and space availability. Emergency intervention may be initiated if a boarded pet needs urgent care.
